Open Question: I have a 1990 Lexus Ls400 and the alarm randomly likes to go off and not let me start it till a few days later?

Its a 1990 Lexus Ls400 im guess factory alarm system..I have been having problems for awhile now the alarm randomly goes off when i open the doors or truck and it will stop when i put the key in the ignition but the car wont start i cant figure it out..i would like to complete turn off the alarm.
