? i disowned my mother 2 years ago... My step father beat me when i was a kid, masturbated in front of my sister. He used to tell us it was ok to get bad grades...(hoping we would fail in life) but i do care about my stepbrother. He's 6 years younger than me so he's grown now but it feels weird contacting him...Maybe i'm afraid of old memories, maybe he will hate me because he father does, but me and him was like close friends....Would you contact him or let it go? He has a VERY good relationship with his dad... his dad even bought him a lexus I'm 30 years old, i make 100k a year... It's not about that. My car(s) as paid off... I only bring that up to explain the closeness between father and son... I dont know if he has brainwashed him with all kinds of thoughts....
